Apricots are the perfect fruit snack because they are small and fit into many small container or baggies when packing lunches. They are also very tasty. The apricot has many health benefits. Research is being conducted all the time to allow scientists and nutritionists to study the connection between what we eat and our health. It is important to read and keep up with news reports concerning our food supply and how food is being handled.
