2. Copper - This is a mineral that is found in trace amounts in the body. Even though it is found in trace amounts, it is still important to proper and healthy hair growth. It helps in the formation of hemoglobin. This allows red blood cells to carry oxygen. It also is vital in insuring a proper amount of blood is supplied to the hair.
In order to boost the amount of copper your body absorbs you should look to increase the amount of organ meats (such as liver), seafood, nuts and seeds in your diet. However, you should make sure that you only take the recommended daily intake of 2 Mg of copper each day and no more.
Along with Copper and Vitamin C, that you should be getting an adequate daily amount of, there are others that are equally important to your hair loss diet. Each day you should take the recommended daily amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, And Also Protein. Water is also very important in that it will help transport all the vitamins and minerals that you are trying to get to your hair to make it look and grow better.
