Symptoms of Anxiety Panic Disorders
Panic, as well as anxiety, are present in over 2 million American people. Panic is felt as an overwhelming distress without any kind relief. Anxiety shows in a physical way in terms of stomach discomfort, heart palpitations, nausea, headaches, shortness or breath, and/or chest discomfort.

The symptoms of anxiety panic disorder can reach its fullest intensity in 1 or 2 minutes. Most panic attacks won’t last longer than 45 minutes. Anxiety attacks can last for a few hours and come on more slowly.
The initial diagnosis of a panic or anxiety disorder is most often in a person’s 20’s and 30’s. It is uncommon for the first attack to happen in the teens or after 40. Even people who are thought to be emotionally well-adjusted are as prone to anxiety or panic attacks which increases the evidence that there is a biochemical reaction responsible for the disorder and that it isn’t purely psychological.
Signs of an anxiety panic disorder are tingling in hands or feet, chest pain, shaking, dizziness, nausea and an overwhelming sense of fear or anxiousness.

Tips - Worry And Anxiety?

There’s no doubt that we live in very anxious times - at least that’s how you feel after you open the newspaper or listen or watch to any news broadcast. There’s always something dreadful going on - not only around the globe, but in your neighborhood as well.
No matter what people’s situation is they wonder what is the cure for worry and anxiety as they are plagued with it. For many of us, even though our lives can be quite stable and predictable, it seems that it can change in a blink of an eye.
While people search for cure for worry and anxiety, they many times turn to artificial means to calm their nerves or to help them to forget their troubles. These artificial means are things like gambling, drugs, dangerous sports or the most usual of them all, alcohol.
Unfortunately, especially alcohol is not the cure for worry and anxiety many people wish it could be. Getting “buzzed”, bit tipsy or out-and-out drunk can make you feel great for a few moments, maybe even for few hours.
You may have your problems and concerns blocked out and may even feel a tremendous rush of euphoria. But of course all this is very short-lived. That buzz wears off sooner or later, you’re going to sober up eventually, and then what? The cure for worry and anxiety that you just drank the night before has left you, and instead has given you a whole new set of problems to deal with.
Persons who drink regularly are often plagued with issues that only add to their concerns. They may spend a lot of money on alcohol, so much that they can’t pay other bills or provide for their families.
